Steering wheel  

Removal of a steering wheel allows the contact coil to turn freely, but do not turn the coil (on podrulevy switches) on bigger, than it is admissible, the quantity of turns (about two and a half turns from the central situation clockwise or counter-clockwise respectively), differently the coil will break.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the module (having inflated) safety cushions of the driver from a steering wheel as it is described above in this Chapter in the Section Module (having inflated) pillows of the driver.
  2. Remove a nut of a steering shaft.
  1. Put leveling labels (1) on a steering wheel and a shaft that then on them it is correct to establish.
  1. Remove a steering wheel (1) special tool. Special tool (A): 09944-36011.

Do not beat a hammer on the shaft end. It can weaken the plastic pins regulating length of a column, and to worsen udaropogloshchayushchy properties of a column.
