Heater and ventilation

For the cars equipped with safety cushions:

  • Service of components of the air bag system, adjacent systems or conducting should be carried out only at the official dealer of Suzuki. Non-compliance with security measures can lead to inadvertent operation of system or a system exit out of operation. Any of two circumstances can lead to personnel traumas.
  • Works can be begun not earlier than in 90 seconds after switching off of ignition and only after shutdown of the storage battery. Otherwise the system can work by means of the energy which has been saved up in the control and diagnostic module (KDM).

The lever mechanism of a heater at different models can differ slightly.

Conditioner

For the cars equipped with air bag system:

  • Service of components of the air bag system, adjacent systems or conducting should be carried out only at the official dealer of Suzuki. Non-compliance with security measures can lead to inadvertent operation of system or a system exit out of operation. Any of two circumstances can lead to personnel traumas.
  • Works can be begun not earlier than in 90 seconds after switching off of ignition and only after shutdown of the storage battery. Otherwise the system can work by means of the energy which has been saved up in the control and diagnostic module (KDM).

HFC coolant is applied to air central air on this car - 134 a (by R - 134 a).

The coolant, compressor oil and components of system are not interchangeable between А/С types: in one CFC coolant - 12 (by R - 12), and in other HFC of-134 a (R - 134 a) is used.

Before performance of any service works, including inspection and service, check, what coolant is used in system.

For refueling or replacement of a coolant or compressor oil at replacement of components of system, make sure that materials and spare parts are intended for А/С, established on the car on which works are carried out.

Use of incorrect spare parts or materials can lead to leakages of a coolant, damage of components of system or to other breakages.
