Radiator

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative cable (-) from the accumulator.
  1. Merge cooling system, having turned off a drain stopper (1) radiator.
  1. At service of vehicles And/t place an oil pan under a radiator (1) and disconnect hoses for And/t liquid (2), (3) from a radiator.
  1. Turn off nuts cooling fans/couplings (1).
  1. Disconnect an inlet hose of a radiator from a radiator.
  1. Remove rasporny bolts of the tank of P/S (1) liquid from a radiator rack.
  1. Remove safety clips of a casing of the fan.
  2. Then remove cooling the fan/coupling and a radiator casing.
  1. Disconnect a water inlet and final hose (1), (2) and a tank (3) hose from a radiator.
  1. Remove a radiator (4).

Check

Check a radiator about a leakage or damage. Straighten pognuty plates if those are.

Cleaning

Clean a forward part of a core of a radiator.

Installation

Repeat dismantle procedure upside-down, without forgetting as follows.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Fill system of cooling with the corresponding cooling liquid, having addressed to the Sections Cooling liquid and Washing and filling of system of cooling in this Chapter.
  2. Adjust a tension of a belt of the cooling fan according to technical requirements. Address to the Section Regulation and check of a tension of a belt of the cooling fan in this Chapter.
  3. In vehicles And/t check And/t liquid level, having addressed to the Section liquid Level in Head the Automatic transmission (4 A/T).
  4. After installation check each connection, whether there is no leak.
