The cooling fan and the fan coupling

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative cable (-) from the accumulator.
  1. Merge cooling system, having turned off a drain stopper (1) radiator.
  1. Disconnect an inlet hose of a radiator from a radiator.
  2. Turn off cooling coupling fans/nuts.
  1. Remove rasporny bolts (1) tank of P/S liquid from a radiator support (only for G16 engines).
  1. Remove clips of a casing of a radiator.
  2. Then remove cooling the fan/coupling and a radiator casing.

Check

Check the hydrodynamic coupling about leakage of oil. If it is necessary, replace knot of the coupling of the fan (2). Do not assort coupling knot.

Installation

Establish the removed parts as it should be the return to dismantle procedure.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Fill system of cooling with the corresponding cooling liquid, having addressed to the Sections Cooling liquid and Washing and filling of system of cooling in this Chapter.
  2. After installation check each connection about a leakage.
