Transmission installation

For installation execute removal procedure in return sequence, paying attention to the following:

Observe values of the moment the inhalings given below.
  • Inhaling moment:
    • (a): 85 N • m (8.5 kg-m, 61.5 pounds foots)
    • (b): 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pounds foots)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Establish exhaust pipes No. 1 and No. 2 as it is described in Head release System, in the Section Components.
  2. Reliably establish each clip for wires, a hose and a cable.
  3. Reliably establish a clip for casings of the lever of switching.
  4. After installation of the working cylinder of coupling check a free wheeling of a pedal of coupling as Coupling is described in Head, in the Section the Free wheeling of a pedal of coupling.
  5. Fill in in a transmission oil for a transmission as it is described in this Chapter, in the Section Oil for a transmission.
  6. Fill in in transfer oil for a transfer gear wheel as it is described in Head Transfer, in the Section Oil of a transfer case.
  7. Attach the battery and check operation of the engine, coupling and a transmission.
  8. Establish the driveshaft as it is described in Head Driveshafts, in the Section Driveshaft.
