Transmission removal
In salon
|
|
- Remove the gear shifting lever as it is described in this Chapter in the Section the gear shifting Lever.
- Remove the handle of the lever of gear shifting.

In an engine compartment
|
|
- Disconnect "minus" (–) a battery cable.
- Remove a hose сапуна (3) from a clip сапуна (2) on the back end of a head of the cylinder.

- Remove fixing bolts (1) and a nut (2) starters, then remove a starter (3).
|
|
|
- Remove fixing bolts of transmission (1).
|

On the lift
|
|
- Merge oil from transmission and transfer.
|
|
- At transmission and transfer removal only for coupling service oil of a transmission can be not merged.
- To work, without merging transfer oil, it is possible, if the forward driveshaft is removed together with a transmission and transfer.
|
- Remove forward and back driveshafts as it is described in Head Driveshafts, in the Section Driveshaft.
- Remove exhaust pipes No. 1 and No. 2 as it is described in Head release System, in the Section Components.
- Remove the working cylinder of coupling from a transmission. The hose of coupling can be not disconnected from the working cylinder.
- Remove the bottom plate of the case of coupling.
- Disconnect hitches from the switch of a full drive, the switch of illumination and the sensor of speed and release their wires from clips.

- Remove nuts (1) from connection with the engine.
|
|
|
- By means of a jack for a transmission (1) remove a back fixing part of the engine (2), having removed its bolts.
|
- Having removed a fixing part (2), pull back a transmission and the transfer being on a jack for a transmission (1), and then lower them.
- Remove wire connections (3) and a hose сапуна (4).
- Separate the case of the lever of switching of gear wheels (5) and transfers (or cases extension pieces at model with a drive on two wheels) (2) from a transmission (1).
