- Untwist bolts of a case of a cam-shaft in that order as it is specified in drawing, and take out them.

- Remove cam-shaft cases.
- Remove cam-shafts.
- Remove regulators of a klapanny gap (2).

Never assort a hydraulic regulator of a klapanny gap.
- Do not press on the regulator case, the oil being in the chamber under a high pressure, will follow.
- Lower the taken-out regulator in pure engine oil (1) and store it there until will establish it repeatedly to prevent leakage of oil. If you leave it on air, put it in its kovsheobrazny case the face down. Do not put it sideways or in the kovsheobrazny case the face up.

Installation
|
- Before establishing a regulator of a klapanny gap on a cylinder (1) head, fill a lubricant flute of a head of the cylinder with engine oil according to the following procedure.

- Fill in engine oil through oil openings (2) and check, that oil followed from oil openings by a sliding part of a regulator of klapanny gaps. Carry out this check on the inlet and final parties.
|
|
- Establish regulators of klapanny gaps on a cylinder head. Put engine oil round a regulator of a klapanny gap and then establish it on a cylinder head.
|
|
- Compare a key (1) on the crankshaft with a mark of synchronization (2).
|
- Establish cam-shafts.
- Oil sliding surfaces of each cam-shaft and cam-shaft necks, then establish them, having compared marks of compliance in a head of the cylinder and pins on cam-shafts.
|
Establish a cam-shaft in such direction that its end with a groove for the sensor of provision of a cam-shaft left on the release party. |

- Establish pins of a case of a cam-shaft (3).

- Check the provision of cases of a cam-shaft.
- On each case there are the printed marks indicating situation and the direction for installation. Establish cases as it is specified by these marks.

- Having oiled bolts of cases, twirl them at first temporarily. Then fasten them one after another. - Establish the second chain of synchronization, having addressed to the Section the Second chain of synchronization and a natyazhitel of a chain in this Chapter.
- Establish a cover of a chain of synchronization, having addressed to the Section the Cover of a chain of synchronization in this Chapter.
- Establish a cover of a head of the cylinder, having addressed to the Section the Cover of a head of the cylinder in this Chapter.
- Establish an oil pan and a grid of the oil pump, having addressed to the Section Oil pan and a grid of the oil pump in this Chapter.
- Establish system of cooling and other parts.
- Fill in system of cooling with antifreeze, forward differential transmission oil, the engine engine oil and steering system with strengthening by special liquid.
- Check, whether there is no leakage of the antifreeze, special liquid for system of a steering, leakage of exhaust gas and engine oil on each connection.
- Check installation of a corner of an advancing of ignition and if it is necessary adjust, having addressed to the Section Check and adjustment of time of an advancing of ignition in Head ignition System for the J20 engine.
