- Remove an oil pan and a grid of the oil pump, having addressed to the Section Oil pan and a grid of the oil pump in this Chapter.
- Uncover cylinder heads, having addressed to the Section the Cover of a head of the cylinder in this Chapter.
- Uncover synchronization chains, having addressed to the Section the Cover of a chain of synchronization in this Chapter.

- Repeatedly to establish a synchronization chain, turn the crankshaft so that marks of synchronization in a head of the cylinder and the block of the cylinder coincided with marks in asterisks.

- Remove the second chain of synchronization, having addressed to the Section the Second chain of synchronization and a natyazhitel of a chain in this Chapter.
- Remove directing to a synchronization No. 1 (1) chain.
- Remove a regulator of a tension of a chain of synchronization No. 1 (2).

- Remove a natyazhitel of a chain of synchronization (3).

- Remove directing wheel and the first chain of synchronization.
- Remove an asterisk of synchronization of the crankshaft.

- Level a key of an asterisk of synchronization of a knee (1) with a mark of synchronization (2) on the cylinder block.
|
- Establish an asterisk of synchronization of the crankshaft (2). The mark of compliance looks towards a chain cover.

- Oil the plug of a directing wheel (1).
- Establish an axis of an asterisk and directing wheel.

- Establish the first chain of synchronization (3), having leveled a dark blue plate (4) first chains of synchronization with a mark of compliance (2) on a directing wheel.

|
- Level a yellow plate (4) 1st chains of synchronization (3) with a mark of compliance (2) on an asterisk of synchronization of the crankshaft (1).
|
- Establish a natyazhitel of a chain of synchronization (1). The rotating moment of an inhaling: a nut of a natyazhitel of a chain of synchronization (and) — 25 N • m (2.5 kg-m, 18.5 pound on foot).

- Establish a regulator of a tension of a chain of synchronization No. 1 (1). The rotating moment of an inhaling: a bolt of a natyazhitel of a chain of synchronization No. 1 (and) — 11 N • m (1.1 kg-m, 8.0 pound on foot).
- Pull out a lock core (3) of a regulator No. 1.

- Establish system of cooling and other parts.
- Fill in in cooling system antifreeze, in forward differential transmission oil, in the engine engine oil and in steering system with strengthening special liquid.
- Check, whether there is no leakage of antifreeze, liquid for system of a steering, leakage of exhaust gas and oil on each connection.
