Check of pressure of oil
|
|
Do not touch a collector of an exhaust system if an exhaust system hot, to avoid danger to be burned. Carry out maintenance after the exhaust system will be cooled. |
|
|
Before checking pressure of oil, check the following:
-
Oil level in an oil pan. If level of oil is low, add oil to a mark of level of complete filling on oil щупе.
- Quality of oil. If oil lost color or worsened, replace it. Address to the Section Engine in Head Maintenance and greasing to receive recommendations about use of concrete type of oils.
- Oil leaks. If leak is found, eliminate it.

- Uncover a collector of exhaust gases, and then take out the relay of pressure of oil (1) of the block of cylinders.

- Insert the special tool (oil щуп) into the formed empty opening.
- Special tool:

- (В): 09915-78211

|
Be careful, do not concern with the special tool to a collector of an exhaust system at installation as the collector of an exhaust system becomes very hot. |
- Start the engine and warm up it to normal working temperature.
|
|
Be convinced that the lever of gear shifting costs on neutral (for And/t models put the gear shifting lever in the situation "R"), both establish the parking brake and block driving wheels. |
- After warming up increase speed to 4,000 revolutions per minute and measure pressure of oil. Technical characteristics of pressure of oil: 390-470 kPas (3.9 – 4.7 kg/cm2, 55.5 – 66.8 пси) at 4,000 revolutions per minute (about/m).
- After measurement of pressure of oil muffle the engine and take out oil щуп.

- Before delivering to the relay of pressure of oil into place, do not forget to wrap up its carving a sealing tape (1) and to fasten the relay with specified rotating the moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: the relay of pressure of oil (and) — 14 N • m (1.4 kg-m, 10.5 pound on foot).

If the edge of a sealing tape supports a relay carving, cut off it. |
- Start the engine and check the relay of pressure of oil on a leakage.
