Removal
|
|
- Disconnect a negative cable from the accumulator.
- Merge engine oil.
- Merge antifreeze.
- Remove an oil pan and a grid of the oil pump, having addressed to the Section «An oil pan and a grid of the oil pump» in this Chapter.
- Uncover cylinder heads, having addressed to the Section the Cover of a head of the cylinder in this Chapter.

- Remove a bypass water pipe (1) and bypass a hose No. 2 (2).
|
- Remove the fan of cooling and a fan casing, having addressed to the Section the Coupling of the fan of cooling system in Head engine Cooling.
- Remove a generator belt, having addressed to the Section a generator Belt in Head electric equipment System.
- Remove a pulley of the water pump (4).
- Remove the tension device for a generator (5) belt.

- Remove a single pulley of a belt of the generator (1).
|
- Disconnect a final hose of a radiator (3) from a thermostat cover.
- Without disconnecting hoses, remove the А/С compressor from a compressor (2) arm (if that is available).
- Remove the А/С compressor arm if that is available.
|
|
- Pull out a bolt of a pulley of the crankshaft. To block a crankshaft (1) pulley, use the special tool (the holder of a pulley of the crankshaft). Special tool: (А): 09917-68221.
|
|
|
Do not forget to use a below-mentioned bolt (2) for fastening of the special tool to a crankshaft pulley. Size of a bolt: М8, Р1.25, Length = 45 mm. Force: 7 t.

|
|
- Remove a crankshaft (1) pulley. If it is difficult for removing, use special tools (a stripper of a steering wheel and a stripper of bearings). If bolts of a stripper of a steering wheel too long, replace them with bolts of suitable length.

- Uncover synchronization chains.
|
|
Cleaning
|
|
- Clear a condensed surface on a cover of a chain of synchronization, a case, the block of cylinders and a head of cylinders.
- Erase oil, old hermetic and a dust from a condensed surface.
|
|
Check
Check an edge of oil consolidation on existence of defects or other damages. Replace if necessary.
Installation
Repeat dismantle procedure upside-down to establish a cover of a chain of synchronization, without forgetting about below-mentioned points.
|
|
|
|
- By means of the special tool (a fitter of bearings) put new oil consolidation so that its surface was lapped with edge of a cover of a chain of synchronization. Special tool (And): 09913-75510.
|
- Put And and In hermetics on areas.

- Grease with engine oil edge of oil consolidation, and then establish a cover of a chain of synchronization (1). Fasten bolts (3) to the specified rotating moment.

Before establishing a cover of a chain of synchronization be convinced that the bolt is reliably fixed. The rotating moment of an inhaling: bolt of a cover of a chain of synchronization (and): 11 N • m (1.1 kg-m, 8.0 pound on foot).

- Establish a crankshaft (1) pulley. To fix a crankshaft pulley, use the special tool (the holder of a pulley of the crankshaft). Special tool (And): 09917-68221.

|
Do not forget to use a below-mentioned bolt (2) for fixing of the special tool to a crankshaft pulley. Size of a bolt: М8, Р1.25, It is long = 45 mm. Force: 7 t. The rotating moment of an inhaling: bolt of a pulley of the crankshaft (and): 150 N • m (15 kg-m, 108.5 pound on foot).

- Establish the А/С compressor (2) arm if that is available. Fasten arm bolts to the specified rotating moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: bolt of an arm of the compressor (and): 55 N • m (5.5 kg-m, 40.0 pound on foot).
- Establish a single pulley of a belt of the generator (1). Fasten a nut to the specified rotating moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: nut of a single pulley of a belt of the generator (b): 42 N • m (4.2 kg-m, 30.5 pound on foot).

- Connect a final hose of a radiator (3) to a thermostat cover.
|
- Establish the tension device for a generator (4) belt. Fasten bolts to the specified rotating moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a bolt of the tension device for a belt of the generator (and) — 25 N • m (2.5 kg-m, 18.5 pound on foot).
- Establish a pulley of the water pump (3).
- Establish a generator belt, having addressed to the Section a generator Belt in Head electric equipment System.
- Establish a belt of the cooling fan, the pulley of the fan cooling the fan and a casing.

- Establish a bypass pipe (1) and water bypass a hose No. 2 (2).
|
- Establish a cover of a head of the cylinder, having addressed to the Section the Cover of a head of the cylinder in this Chapter.
- Establish an oil pan and a grid of the oil pump, having addressed to the Section Oil pan and a grid of the oil pump in this Chapter.
- Adjust a tension of a belt of the cooling pump, having addressed to the Section Regulation and check of a tension of a belt of the cooling fan in Head engine Cooling.
- Fill in in cooling system antifreeze, in forward differential transmission oil, in the engine engine oil and in steering system with strengthening special liquid.
- Check, whether there is no leakage of antifreeze, leakage of oil, leakage of liquid for system of a steering and leakage of exhaust gas on each connection.
