Oil pan and grid of the oil pump

Components

Put hermetic 99000-31250 on the interfaced surfaces of an oil pan and the block of cylinders, having addressed to the subsection Installation.
The rotating moment of an inhaling.
Not to use repeatedly.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Lift a vehicle.
  2. Remove the case of forward differential (1) with differential (2), having addressed to the Section Removal in Head Forward differential.

  1. Disconnect the coupling of the sensor of an angle of rotation of the crankshaft and remove the sensor of an angle of rotation of the crankshaft, having turned off its bolt (if that is available).
  2. Merge engine oil, having opened a drain stopper (2).

  1. Remove the bottom plate of the case of the coupling (the hydrotransformer case for And/t) (1).

  1. Remove an oil pan (3) and then a grid of the oil pump (2).

Cleaning

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Clear the interfaced surfaces of an oil pan and the block of cylinders.
  1. Remove oil, old hermetic and a dust from the interfaced surfaces and in an oil pan.
  1. Clear a grid of the oil pump.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Put hermetic on the interfaced surface of an oil pan continuously. "And": hermetic 99000-31250.

  1. Place new consolidation (2) in that place.
  1. Establish a grid of the oil pump (1) and an oil pan (3). At first twirl a grid bolt, and then an arm bolt by the specified rotating moment.
    • The rotating moment of an inhaling:
      • bolt of a grid of the oil pump (and): 11 N • m (1.1 kg-m, 8.0 pound on foot)
      • bolt of an arm of a grid of the oil pump (b): 11 N • m (1.1 kg-m, 8.0 pound on foot)
  1. After oil pan adjustment to the block of cylinders, insert tightening bolts and start to tighten at the center: turn a wrench outside, twisting on one bolt at a time.
  1. Fasten bolts and nuts to the specified rotating moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a bolt and an oil pan nut (c) — 11 N • m (1.1 kg-m, 8.0 pound on foot).
  1. Insert new laying and a drain stopper into an oil pan (1). Fasten a drain stopper to the specified rotating moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a drain stopper (and) — 50 N • m (5.5 kg-m, 36.5 pound on foot).
  1. Establish the bottom plate of the case of the coupling (hydrotransformer) (1).
  1. Establish the sensor of an angle of rotation of the crankshaft (1) and connect its coupling. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a bolt of the sensor of an angle of rotation of the crankshaft (and) — 10 N • m (1.0 kg-m, 7.5 pound on foot).
  1. Establish the case of forward differential with differential, having addressed to the Section Installation in Head Forward differential.
  2. Fill the case of forward differential with transmission oil, having addressed to the Section Servicing in Head Forward differential.
  3. Fill in the engine with engine oil, having addressed to the Section Engine oil and the filter in Head Maintenance and greasing.
  4. Check, whether leaks engine oil and transmission oil from each connection.
