Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. At installation execute removal procedure in return sequence, observing the following values of the moment of an inhaling.
Inhaling moment:
  • flange bolts of a forward power shaft (a): 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pounds foots)
  • flange bolts of the driveshaft (a): 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pounds foots)
  • bolts of a forward fixing arm (a): 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pounds foots)
  • bolts of a back fixing arm (a): 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pounds foots)
  • back fixing bolt (b): 85 N • m (8.5 kg-m, 61.5 pounds foots)
  • bolts of a back fixing arm No. 2 (c): 85 N • m (8.5 kg-m, 61.5 pounds foots)
  1. After an inhaling of all fixing elements fill in gipoidny shesterenochny oil as it is specified, and check an inhaling of jams according to the specification.
