Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative cable from the accumulator.
  2. Remove knots of the coil of ignition with a wire of a high voltage.
  3. Disconnect the valve of compulsory ventilation and a hose сапуна from a head cover.
  4. Separate an accelerator rope from a clip.
  1. Uncover cylinder (1) heads laying of a cover of a head of cylinders (2) and About-shaped ((((((3).

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Establish About-shaped (((((((2) and laying of a cover of heads of cylinders (1) on a cover of heads of cylinders (3).

Do not forget to check each of these details on existence of any damages or breakages before installation, and make replacement if damages are found.


  1. Establish a cover of a head of cylinders on a head of cylinders and fasten cover bolts to the specified rotating moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a bolt of a cover of a head of the cylinder (and) — 11 N • m (1.1 kg-m, 8.0 pound on foot).

At installation of a cover of a head of the cylinder track, that laying of a cover of a head of the cylinder or About-shaped did not fall or did not move a little.


  1. Fix an accelerator rope a clip.
  1. Establish knots of the coil of ignition with a wire of a high voltage.
  2. Attach the valve of compulsory ventilation and a hose сапуна to a head cover.
  3. Connect a negative cable to the accumulator.
