 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. If bearing of a casing it is removed, establish it.
  2. Check that it rotates smoothly.
1 — the casing bearing
2 — a rotor
3 — a bearing cover
  1. If the stator is removed, establish a stator and tighten carving hairpins.
  2. If the bearing of a drive is removed, establish it.
  3. Check that it rotates smoothly.
    • Inhaling torque
      • (a): 8.8 N • m (0.88 kg-m, 6.5 pounds foots)
      • (b): 2.6 N • m (0.26 kg-m, 2.0 pounds foots)

  1. Place a drive frame on a pulley, and establish a rotor on a frame.

  1. Establish a back frame on a driving frame.
  2. Tighten 4 nuts the every rotating moment. Torque of an inhaling (a): 4.5 N • m (0.45 kg-m, 3.5 pounds foots).

  1. Establish a pulley and tighten a pulley nut, holding a shaft a six-sided wrench the every moment of an inhaling. Torque of an inhaling (a): 111 N • m (11.1 kg-m, 80.5 pounds foots).

  1. Establish 4 rubber insulators.
1 — rectifier insulators
  1. Establish the rectifier.
    • Inhaling torque
      • (a): 2.0 N • m (0.2 kg-m, 1.5 pounds foots)
      • (b): 3.9 N • m (0.39 kg-m, 3.0 pounds foots)

At rectifier installation, check and be convinced that between contacts the stator and blades of the cooling fan is a sufficient gap.


1 — the rectifier
  1. Establish a cover of a shchetkoderzhatel on a shchetkoderzhatel.
  1. Place IC a regulator together with a shchetkoderzhatel horizontally on a back frame.
  2. Establish 5 screws while the gap between a shchetkoderzhatel and a connector will not be about 1 mm (0.04 inches). Torque of an inhaling (a): 2.0 N • m (0.2 kg-m, 1.5 pounds foots).

  1. Establish a back cover and a terminal plate.
    • Inhaling torque
      • (a): 4.5 N • m (0.45 kg-m, 3.5 pounds foots)
      • (b): 3.8 N • m (0.38 kg-m, 3.0 pounds foots) (only type 80 A)
  2. Establish an insulator and tighten an internal nut of the plug "B" the every moment. Torque of an inhaling (c): 4.2 N • m (0.42 kg-m, 3.0 pounds foots).

  1. Be convinced that the rotor rotates smoothly.
