- Remove an internal nut of the plug "B" and an insulator.
- Remove a back cover.

- Remove 2 screws and extend assembly of a shchetkoderzhatel.
- Remove 3 screws and an IC regulator.
- Uncover a shchetkoderzhatel a shchetkoderzhatel.

- Remove 4 screws, 1 bolt and the rectifier.
- Remove 4 rubber insulators (only type 80 A).
- Holding a shaft a six-sided wrench, remove a pulley nut, and then extend a pulley.

- For keeping of a shaft use a six-sided pulley. The Dvenadtsatigranny key can slide off and damage a shaft or the tool.
- Do not try to hold a pulley flat-nose pliers or a trumpet key not to damage it.

- Remove 4 nuts of a back frame.
- Beat out a back frame with a rotor, easily tapping on it with a plastic hammer.
- Carefully separate a back frame from a rotor, using a plastic hammer.

Do not strike on a shaft from a contact ring when divide a rotor and a back frame. |

- If necessary use a stripper for bearings to remove a casing of the bearing and a bearing cover.
- Be careful not to damage the blade of the cooling fan when using stripper.

- If necessary remove 4 screws, a plate of the holder and then beat out the trailer bearing.

- If necessary, remove carving hairpins and extend a stator.

Will remove a stator easier if to warm up a frame. |
