 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Collect as it should be, opposite to dismantling, having paid attention to the following.
  2. Surely establish brushes in the correct direction and solder wires of brushes and stator contacts.

  1. Tighten a nut of a pulley of the generator the every moment of an inhaling. Torque of an inhaling (a): 118 N • m (11.8 kg-m, 85.5 pounds foots).
  • Using a vice, place a pure fabric between a rotor and a vice not to damage a rotor.
  • Surely hold a rotor in A point. Do not hold him in a zone B, as it insufficiently strong.

  1. Insert brushes in a shchetkoderzhatel, then support brushes, having inserted the corresponding wire from an opening in a back casing.
  • After rotor installation, remove a wire.
  • Check and be convinced that marks of combination in a forward and back casing are leveled.
  • Do not put greasing on the back (rotor) bearing. Completely clean oil if it is in the bearing of a back casing.
