Battery

Main reasons for malfunctions

Time of action of a charge of the battery is limited if to look after, however, her properly, it will serve many years. If during check the battery works normally, but in operating time there are inexplicable malfunctions, the reasons of malfunctions can be the following:

  • Auxiliaries were left for the night or for longer period of time without operation of the generator.
  • Average speed of run of the car for the short periods of time the slow.
  • The electric loading exceeding productivity of the generator, especially in a combination to the additional equipment.
  • Malfunctions in charging system such, as high resistance, a soskalzyvaniye of a driving belt, a weak target clip (plug) of the generator, a faulty regulator of tension or the generator. See the subsection Generator in the Section.
  • Non-compliance with service regulations of the battery, including crude cable tips, excessive tightening or weakening of anchor bolts of a support of the battery.
  • Mechanical problems in electric system are the, as a rule, short-circuited or jammed wires.
