Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Dump pressure of fuel in топливопроводе.
  2. Disconnect a negative cable from the accumulator.
  3. Uncover the engine.
  1. Remove the panel of fastening of the top support of a rack.
  1. Merge antifreeze.
  1. Remove a radiator, a casing of the fan of a radiator and cooling fan, having addressed to the Sections Radiator both the Cooling fan and the fan coupling in Head engine Cooling.
  2. Remove a final hose of the air filter.
  1. Disconnect the following electric wire conclusions:
      • Socket of a plait of wires of an injector
      • Socket of the sensor of provision of a cam-shaft
      • Couplings of the coil of ignition
      • Socket of the sensor of provision of butterfly valves
      • Socket of the sensor of a mass consumption of air
      • The socket of the sensor of air temperature on an admission
      • The coupling of the regulating pneumovalve of idling
      • Grounding wire from an inlet collector
      • The socket of the sensor of absolute pressure in an inlet collector
      • The socket of the valve of system of a retsirkulyatsiya of the fulfilled gases
      • Wire of the sensor of heating of oxygen – 1 and/or-2
      • The socket of the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid of the engine
      • Generator wires
      • Starter wires
      • Wire of the relay of pressure of oil
      • Wire of the relay of pressure of system of a steering
      • Clip of a plait of wires
      • Sensor of pressure of differential of a collector

  1. Remove a starter.
  2. Disconnect a rope of an accelerator and a cable of a drive of butterfly valves And/t (for vehicles And/t) from the case of butterfly valves.
  1. Disconnect the following hoses:
      • Hose of supply of fuel and returnable hose from each pipe
      • Heater hoses from a heater core
      • Vacuum hose from an inlet collector
      • Hose of the highway of a high pressure of brake system
  1. Disconnect the filter of the monitoring system of allocation паров fuels from the vehicle case.
  1. Without disconnecting hoses, disconnect the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering and the А/С compressor from the cylinder block if that is available.
  1. Lift a vehicle.
  2. Merge engine oil if it is necessary.
  3. Remove a case of forward differential with differential from the chassis, having addressed to the Section Removal in Head Forward and back differentials.
  1. Untwist a bolt of an exhaust pipe No. 1 or an exhaust pipe No. 1 (1).
  1. Release And/t liquid hoses from clips (for vehicles with And/t).
  1. Remove an element of rigidity (1) on the right side of transmission (if that is available).
  1. Remove the bottom plate of a case coupling.
  1. Remove hydrotransformer bolts (for vehicles And/t). Special tool (And): 09927-56010.
  1. Lower a vehicle.
  2. Prop up transmission.

For And/t models, do not put a jack under an oil pan And/t to prop up transmission.


  1. Remove a bolt and the nuts, fixing the block of cylinders and transmission.
  1. Establish the elevating device.
  2. Untwist nuts of an arm of lateral fastening of the engine from engine fastening.
  3. Before lifting the engine, be convinced that all hoses, wires and cables are disconnected from the engine.
  1. Having a little bit raised, remove engine knot from the chassis and transmission, sliding to the forward party, and then accurately lift engine knot.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Repeat dismantle procedure upside-down for the purpose of installation, without forgetting the following.
  2. Lower engine knot in an engine compartment. Connect the engine to transmission and arms of lateral fastening of the engine with engine fastening.
  1. Fasten the nuts, fixing lateral arms of the engine and engine fastening. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a nut of a lateral arm of fastening of the engine (and) — 55 N • m (5.5 kg-m, 40.0 pound on foot).
  1. Twirl a bolt and the nuts, fixing the block of cylinders and transmission the every rotating moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a bolt and nuts of fastening of transmission to the block of cylinders (and) — 85 N • m (8.5 kg-m, 61.5 pound on foot).
  1. Clean the elevating device.
  1. Twirl hydrotransformer bolts with specified rotating to the moment (for vehicles And/t). The rotating moment of an inhaling: a bolt of the hydrotransformer (and) — 65 N • m (6.5 kg-m, 47.0 pounds on foot).
  1. Fasten bolts of an element of rigidity of transmission the every rotating moment if that is available. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a bolt of an element of rigidity of transmission (and) — 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pound on foot).

  1. Twirl bolts or nuts of exhaust pipes No. 1 (1) the every rotating moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a nut or a bolt of an exhaust pipe No. 1 (and) — 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pound on foot).
  1. Establish a case of forward differential with differential to the chassis, having addressed to the Section Installation in Head Forward and back differentials.
  2. Repeat dismantle procedure upside-down for the purpose of connection of hoses, cables and electric wires.
  3. Adjust a tension of a belt of a drive of the cooling fan, having addressed to the Section Regulation and check of a tension of a belt of the cooling fan in Head engine Cooling.
  4. Adjust люфт a rope of an accelerator and люфт a cable of a drive of butterfly valves And/t (for And/t models).
  5. Check, whether everything the removed parts are put into place. Repeatedly establish any necessary parts which were not earlier established.
  6. Fill the engine with engine oil, having addressed to the Section Engine oil and the filter in Head Maintenance and greasing.
  7. Fill cooling system, having addressed to the Section Washing and filling of system of cooling in Head engine Cooling.
  8. Be convinced of that all fastenings and clips are fastened.
  9. On termination of installation check, whether there is no leakage of fuel, antifreeze or exhaust gas on each connection.
