Steering wheel

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect "minus" a battery cable on the battery terminal.
  2. Unscrew a bolt of an overlay of a steering wheel (3).
  3. Remove an overlay of a steering wheel (2) and disconnect a sound signal.

  1. Remove a nut of a steering shaft (1).
  1. Put leveling labels on a steering wheel and a shaft that on them it is correct to establish a steering wheel into place.
  2. Remove a steering wheel (1) special tool. Special tool: (А): 09944-36011.

Not cabriolet.

Cabriolet.


Do not beat a hammer on the shaft end. It can weaken plastic pins which regulate length of a column, and to worsen its udaropogloshchayushchy properties.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Establish a steering wheel on a steering shaft on three teeth (at not "cabriolet") or to two teeth (at "cabriolet") (1) on podrulevy switches on three grooves (at not "cabriolet") or to two grooves (at "cabriolet") (2) on the back party of a steering wheel and on leveling labels (3) on a steering wheel and steering to a shaft.
Not cabriolet.
Cabriolet.
  1. Tighten a nut of a steering shaft till the specified moment of an inhaling. Moment of an inhaling of a nut of a steering shaft: 33 N • m (3.3 kg-m, 23.5 pounds foots).
  2. Attach a sound signal and establish an overlay of a steering wheel.
  3. Tighten a bolt of an overlay of a steering wheel.
  4. Attach "minus" a battery cable.
