Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Lift the car.
  2. Wash away dirt from connections of tubes.
  3. Let's to the engine cool down, weaken bolts of connecting oil tubes, having blocked a target oil branch pipe, and remove tubes of a cooler of oil from target oil branch pipes and hoses.

In order to avoid leakage of liquid remove face jams of target oil branch pipes and hoses right after their detachment.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Use new laying for branch pipes and connect tubes of a cooler of oil to target oil branch pipes.
  2. Connect hoses to tubes and reliably fix clips.
  3. Having blocked a target oil branch pipe, tighten branch pipe bolts to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. Moment of an inhaling (a): 35 N • m (3.5 kg-m, 25.5 pounds foots). In case of use of laying with the basis from a copper alloy (bronze color) (a): 25 N • m (2.5 kg-m, 18.0 pounds foots). In case of use of the steel laying covered with rubber (black color).
  4. Reliably tighten a tube bolt.
  5. Check level of liquid of an automatic transmission as it is described in the section «Liquid level». Add, if it is necessary.
  6. Having warmed up an automatic transmission, check, whether there is no leakage of liquid.
