Solenoidal valves of switching and solenoidal TCC valve


Having disconnected hitches of the electronic control unit (RSM) and by means of a service wire, check each solenoidal valve on click existence.

  1. Take out oil щуп and lift the car.
  2. Let's to the engine cool down, remove a drain stopper from the pallet of a case and merge liquid of an automatic transmission.
  3. Establish a drain stopper with laying. Moment of an inhaling (a): 23 N • m (2.3 kg-m, 17.0 pounds foots).
  4. Remove an arm of an exhaust pipe and disconnect the forward driveshaft from forward differential (if is).
  5. Remove bolts of the pallet of a case.
  6. Remove the case pallet.
  7. Remove tubes for oil.
  8. Remove the solenoidal valve No. 1 (the solenoidal valve pereklyucheniya-A and In) or the solenoidal valve No. 2 (TSS solenoidal valve).

Work check


  1. Each time, removing solenoidal valves of switching and the TSS solenoidal valve (blocking) from a transmission, check their physical serviceability before installation into place.
  2. Put with a butterdish transmission liquid on the solenoidal valve and, having squeezed hands, check, that transmission liquid from a butterdish did not leave openings of the solenoidal valve when tension of the battery is not connected.
  3. Under the conditions described above connect tension of the battery and be convinced that liquid vigorously leaves.
  • If liquid does not leave vigorously at performance of the second point of check, do not use repeatedly this solenoidal valve.
  • In drawing check of the solenoidal valve of switching at the left is shown. Check the TSS solenoidal valve similarly.

For installation of solenoidal valves execute removal procedure upside-down, paying attention to the following:


  1. Use new laying and About-shaped.......
  1. Establish tubes for oil in such sequence which is shown in drawing.
  1. Use new laying of the pallet of a case.
  2. Tighten universal flange bolts and nuts of the hinge and bolts of an arm of an exhaust pipe to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling.
  3. Fill in transmission liquid and check its level as it is described earlier in the Section liquid Replacement.
  4. After a warming up of an automatic transmission check, whether there is no leakage of liquid.
