Bottom draft
Removal
|
|
- Lift the car and remove a back wheel.
|
|
- Jack (2) prop up the case of the back bridge (1).
|
|
|
- Remove a forward fixing bolt (2) bottom drafts (1).
|
|
|
- Remove a back fixing bolt (2) bottom drafts (1).
|
|
|
Installation
|
|
- Establish the bottom draft (1) on a frame of the chassis (4) and the case of the bridge (5); the correct direction of bolts at installation is shown in drawing. A nut do not tighten.
- Clean a jack from under the case of the back bridge (5).
- Establish a wheel and tighten wheel nuts to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. Inhaling moment: wheel nuts — 100 N • m (10.0 kg-m, 72.5 pounds foots).
- Lower the lift and in not loaded condition of the car tighten a forward bolt (2) and a back nut (3) bottom drafts (1) to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling.
- Inhaling moment:
- forward bolt of the bottom draft (a): 100 N • m (10.0 kg-m, 72.5 pounds foots)
- back bolt of the bottom draft (b): 90 N • m (9.0 kg-m, 65.0 pounds foots)
