Transformer and reduktorny oils

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Examine the check point case on signs of leakages of oil. Eliminate leaks if they are.
  1. Check, that the car was in horizontal situation for check of level of liquid.
  2. Turn off a control stopper of level of oil in a transfer case or a reducer (forward or back) and check oil level.
  3. It is possible to define level of oil approximately through a control opening of level of oil. Thus, if a small amount of oil flowed out through a control opening, or level of oil reaches an opening, oil level the normal. If oil level insufficient, add the necessary amount of oil, according to the procedure described in the Section Oil of a transfer case in Head Transfer, in Heads Forward differential or Back differential (Oil replacement).
  4. Tighten a control stopper according to the moment.

Replacement

Replace oil in a transfer case or in a reducer according to the description in the Section Oil of a transfer case in Head Transfer, in Heads Forward differential or Back differential (Oil replacement) respectively.
