Oil replacement

  • For differential it is necessary to use gipoidny oil for greasing of gear wheels.
  • It is urgently recommended to use viscosity 75 W-90 SAE (Society of automobile engineers of the USA).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Before replacement or oil check, stop the engine and lift the car horizontally.
  2. Check level of oil and leak existence. If leak is found, eliminate its reason.
  1. Merge old oil and fill in necessary quantity new, as shown below (approximately to an urovnevy opening).
  1. Tighten drain and уровневую / bulk jams to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. “A”: hermetic 99000-31110.
    • Inhaling moment
      • (a): 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pounds foots)
      • (b): 28 N • m (2.8 kg-m, 20.5 pounds foots)

    • The specified oil for gear wheels:
      • gipoidny API GL-5 SAE 80 W-90 oil or 90
      • viscosity of oil see on the chart at the left
      • oil volume: 2.2 liter (4.6/3.9 USA/Imp. pints)
