Klapanny gap (only for G16 engines)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a klapanny cover.
  1. Check a gap of inlet and final valves and adjust if necessary.
  1. Being guided by procedure of check and adjustment of a klapanny gap to Head Engines.

Specification of klapanny gaps («a» gap)

 

«On cold»

At temperature of cooling liquid 15 - 25°С (59 - 77°F)

«On hot»

At temperature of cooling liquid 60 - 68°С (140 - 154°F)

The inlet

0.13-0.17 mm (0.005 - 0.007 inches)

0.17-0.21 mm (0.007 - 0.008 inches)

The final

0.23-0.27 mm (0.009 - 0.010 inches)

0.28-0.32 mm (0.011 - 0.012 inches)

  1. Establish a klapanny cover and tighten bolts according to the specification.
