Dismantle

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Dump pressure of fuel in the fuel highway.
  2. Disconnect a negative cable from the accumulator.
  3. Uncover the engine.
  1. Merge cooling liquid.
  1. Remove the fan of a radiator and a fan casing. Address to the Section the Coupling of the fan of cooling system in Head engine Cooling.
  1. Disconnect the following electric wires:
    • Grounding wires from an inlet collector
    • Sensor of pressure of differential of a collector
    • Sensor of provision of a cam-shaft
    • The valve of system of a retsirkulyatsiya of the fulfilled gases
    • The socket of the sensor of absolute pressure in an inlet collector
    • The sensor of temperature of cooling liquid of the engine
    • Sensor of provision of butterfly valves
    • The regulating pneumovalve of idling
    • Wire of a fuel nozzle at the coupling
    • Sensor of temperature of inlet air
    • Sensor of a mass expense of an air stream
    • The pneumovalve for catching паров fuels
    • Sensor of an angle of rotation of the crankshaft
    • Generator
    • Grounding wire from the block of cylinders (if that is available)
    • Sensors 1 and 2 of heating of oxygen
    • Relay of pressure of oil of the engine
    • The relay of pressure of a steering with strengthening (if that is available) and then release plaits of wires from clips.
  1. Remove a starter.
  1. Disconnect the following hoses:
    • Final hose of a radiator from an inlet pipe
    • Brake hose from an inlet collector
    • Vacuum hose from an inlet collector
    • Inlet and final hose of a heater from a pipe
    • Hose of supply of fuel and returnable hose from each pipe
    • Clip of a hose of supply of And/t liquid from a bracket
  1. Disconnect a rope of an accelerator and a cable of a drive of butterfly valves And/t (if that is available) from the case of butterfly valves and each clip.
  1. Without disconnecting a hose, disconnect the А/С compressor and/or the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering with an arm from the block of cylinders if that is available.
  1. Weaken the bolts, fixing the block of cylinders and transmission.
  1. Lift a vehicle.
  2. Merge engine oil if it is necessary.
  1. Untwist bolts of an exhaust pipe No. 1 or a nut of an exhaust pipe No. 1.
  1. Remove a rigidity element on the right side of transmission and the block of cylinders (And/t).
  1. Remove the bottom plate of a case coupling (a hydrotransformer case).
  1. Remove bolts of the hydrotransformer (And/t). Special tool: (А) — 09927-56010.
  1. Untwist the nuts, fixing the block of cylinders and transmission.
  1. Lower a vehicle.
  2. Prop up transmission by a jack. For And/t models, do not put a jack under an oil pan And/t to prop up transmission.
  3. Establish the elevating device.
  4. Untwist nuts of an arm of fastening of the engine (R&L).
  5. Before lifting the engine, be convinced that all hoses, electric wires and cables are disconnected from the engine.
  1. Having a little bit raised, remove engine knot from the chassis and transmission, sliding to the forward party, and then accurately lift the engine.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Lower the engine in a compartment of the engine and connect the engine to transmission. Manually fasten bolts and nuts, connecting the block of cylinders and transmission.
  1. Fasten nuts of an arm of fastening of the engine (R&L). The rotating moment of an inhaling: a nut of an arm of fastening of the engine (and) — 55 N • m (5.5 kg-m, 40.0 pound on foot).
  1. Twirl the bolts, fixing the block of cylinders and transmission with specified rotating the moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: bolts of fastening of transmission to the block of cylinders (and) — 85 N • m (8.5 kg-m, 61.5 pound on foot).
  1. Clean the elevating device.
  2. Repeat dismantle procedure upside-down for the purpose of installation, without forgetting the following.
  1. Twirl bolts of the hydrotransformer (And/t). The rotating moment of an inhaling: a bolt of the hydrotransformer (and) — 65 N • m (6.5 kg-m, 47.0 pounds on foot).
  1. Put the clamps, fixing the block of cylinders and transmission with specified rotating the moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: the nuts, fixing transmission to the block of cylinders (b) — 85 N • m (8.5 kg-m, 61.5 pound on foot).
  1. Twirl bolts or nuts of exhaust pipes No. 1 with specified rotating the moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: nuts or bolts of an exhaust pipe No. 1 (and) — 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pound on foot).
  1. Twirl bolts of an element of rigidity transmissions (right side) with specified rotating the moment (And/t). The rotating moment of an inhaling: a bolt of an element of rigidity of transmission (and) — 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pound on foot).
  1. Adjust a tension of a belt of a drive of the water pump, having addressed to the Section Regulation and check of a tension of a belt of the cooling fan in Head engine Cooling.
  2. Adjust a tension of a belt of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering or a tension of a belt of the And/t compressor if that is available. Address to the Section Engine in Head Maintenance and greasing.
  3. Adjust люфт a rope of an accelerator and люфт a cable of a drive of butterfly valves And/t (for And/t models).
  4. Check, whether everything the removed parts are put into place. Repeatedly establish any necessary parts which were not earlier established.
  5. Fill the engine with engine oil, having addressed to the Section Engine oil and the filter in Head Maintenance and greasing.
  6. Fill cooling system, having addressed to the Section Washing and filling of system of cooling in Head engine Cooling.
  7. Check, whether there is no leakage of fuel, antifreeze and exhaust gas on each connection.
