Disk of a forward brake

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Lift a vehicle and remove a wheel.
  1. Remove support assembly, having released bolts of the holder (2 pieces).

At removal, be careful not to damage not a flexible hose of a brake and not to press the brake lever.


  1. Remove a disk, having turned off 8 mm bolts (1) (2 pieces).

Survey

Address to the item. Section survey the Brake shoe of a forward disk in this Chapter.

Installation

See. The note at the beginning of this Chapter.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Establish a disk on a wheel nave.
  2. Establish assembly a support on a rotary fist.
  1. The torque of an inhaling of bolts of the holder should correspond to the specification. Inhaling torque: bolt of the holder of a support (a): 85 N • m (8.5 kg-m, 61.5 pounds foots).
  1. The torque of an inhaling of nuts of forward wheels should correspond to the specification. Inhaling torque: wheel nut (b): 100 N • m (10.0 kg-m, 72.5 pounds foots).
  1. Upon termination of installation, perform check of work of a brake.
