The non-standard or polluted brake liquid

Inappropriate brake liquid, mineral oil or water in liquid can cause boiling of brake liquid or damage of rubber elements of hydraulic system.

If primary cuffs of the piston are inflated, it means that rubber elements are damaged. The inflated cuff of the piston of the working brake cylinder can indicate such damage on a cuff of drum-type brakes.

If damage of rubber elements is available, disassemble all elements of hydraulic system and wash out alcohol. Dry up these details the compressed air before assembly that alcohol did not get in system. Replace all rubber elements of system, including hoses. At work with brake mechanisms check, whether there is no liquid on brake slips. If excess of liquid is found, replace slips.

If consolidation of the piston of the main cylinder enough, check, whether there are no conditions for leak or an overheat. If such conditions are not found, merge liquid, wash out brake liquid, fill system and pit air.

The system should be washed out, if there are any doubts in quality of liquid in system, or whether liquid which could contact to the polluted liquid is used.
