Wear indicator

Original tires have built in protector drawing wear indicators to define, when it is necessary to replace tires. These indicators are shown by a strip in width of 12 mm (0,47 inches) when depth of drawing of a protector grinds off to 1,6 mm (0,063 inches). When the indicator of wear will appear in 3 or more flutes, in six places, it is recommended to replace tires.
