Switch ignitions (main)

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect "weight" from the storage battery.
  2. Disconnect air bag system.
  3. Disconnect the socket of the main ignition switch.
  1. Check a chain on contiguity of connection between all plugs in all positions of the switch. If results of check not such as it is specified, replace the ignition switch.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect "weight" from the storage battery.
  2. Disconnect air bag system.
  3. Remove a steering column according to the management in the Section the Steering column (at a cabriolet) in Head the Steering wheel and a steering column (c a safety cushion) this management. Then remove the ignition switch in a steering column.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Establish the ignition switch in a steering column. Establish a steering column according to the Management in the Section the Steering column (at a cabriolet) in Head the Steering wheel and a steering column (c a safety cushion) this Management.
  2. Include air bag system.

At installation of a steering column it is necessary to be very accurate in observance of sequence and the moments of an inhaling of carving connections.
