Do not allow liquid hit on the painted surfaces. |
|
|
- Clear round a cover of the tank and choose from it liquid as a syringe or something similar.
- Disconnect a hose for liquid (2) from the working cylinder of coupling (1).
- Remove fixing bolts of the working cylinder (4) and the working cylinder of coupling (1).

Installation
|
|
- To pit air only from the main cylinder, it is necessary for removing from the car. Procedure of removal and installation of the main cylinder and a stravlivaniye of air is described in this Chapter in the Section the Main cylinder of coupling.

|
- Put a small amount of greasing on a top of a bar (3) workers of the cylinder of coupling (1). “A”: greasing 99000-25010.
|
|
|
Do not allow hit of any greasing on a casing (2). |
|
|
- Establish the working cylinder of coupling (1) and tighten fixing bolts (2) to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. Moment of an inhaling (a): 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pounds foots).
|
- Attach a hose for liquid of coupling (3) and tighten a connecting bolt (4) to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. Moment of an inhaling (b): 23 N • m (2.3 kg-m, 16.5 pounds foots).
- Fill in in the tank the specified brake liquid and check, whether there is no leak.
- Pit air from system and check a free wheeling of a pedal of coupling. By Stravlivaniye of air it is described in Head Brake system.
