Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Clear round a tank cover (8) and gather liquid a syringe or something similar.
  2. Remove a hairpin of a fork of a bar of a pusher (5).
  3. Disconnect a tube for liquid (2) from the main cylinder (1).

Do not allow liquid hit on the painted surfaces.

  1. Remove a nut (3) and a bolt (4) fastenings of the cylinder.
  2. Remove the main cylinder (1) and laying.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To pit air from the main cylinder (1), incline it and add liquids.

Having pitted air from the main cylinder (1), close on it a tube opening that liquid was not splashed out from it, the tube will not be attached yet.

  1. Establish the main cylinder (1) and new laying on the case, having attached a bolt, nuts and a hairpin of a fork of a bar of a pusher.

Do not use laying repeatedly.


  1. Tighten a fixing bolt (1) and a nut (2) to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. Moment of an inhaling (a): 13 N • m (1.3 kg-m, 9.5 pounds foots).
  1. Connect a tube for liquid and tighten a razvaltsovanny nut to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. Moment of an inhaling (b): 16 N • m (1.6 kg-m, 11.5 pounds foots).
  2. Put greasing on a hairpin of a fork (3) and establish it. “A”: greasing 99000-25010
  3. Fill the tank with the specified brake liquid and check, whether there is no leak.
  1. After installation pit air from system and check a free wheeling of a pedal of coupling. Procedure of a stravlivaniye of air see in Head Brake system.

Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a casing, and then a lock ring (1) at the piston lowered inside.
  1. Remove a bar of a pusher (2) and gradually submit the compressed air to an opening for pipe connection to remove the piston (3). Be thus careful, that it did not jump out.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check all disassembled parts on wear or damages and replace if necessary.
  • Wash out the disassembled parts brake liquid.
  • Do not use repeatedly the piston (3) and a lock ring (1).

  1. Check internal diameter of the cylinder on scratches or corrosion. It is better to replace the corrosion cylinder (4). Corrosion can look as deepenings or excessive roughness of a surface.

It is impossible to grind internal diameter of the cylinder (4) any abrasive materials as it can damage an internal surface of the cylinder.

  1. Wash out the cylinder (4) in pure brake liquid. Shake out surpluses of liquid from the cylinder (4). Do not use slices of a fabric to wipe the cylinder (4) dry as parts of a fabric cannot be removed from a surface of internal diameter of the cylinder.

Assembly

Before installation wash out all parts in the specified brake liquid.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Put brake liquid in the piston and the cylinder case.
  2. Establish the piston in the cylinder.
  3. Lower the piston inside and establish a lock ring (1).
  4. Also establish a casing.

  1. Tighten a lock-nut (8) to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. Moment of an inhaling (a): 10 N • m (1.0 kg-m, 7.5 pounds foots).
