Manual test on the road

This test checks transfer work in situation "L", "2" or "D" when driving with the idle monitoring system of gear shifting. At test it is necessary to go on the equal road.

Before this test check a code of malfunction (DTC).

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect a hitch of solenoidal valves of switching on transmission.

Not to burn, do not touch hot system of an exhaust when will disconnect a hitch of solenoidal valves of switching.

With the transfer lever in the situation "P", start and warm up the engine.
With the transfer lever in situation "L" get under way from a place and increase speed to 20 km/h (12.5 miles/h). In this condition check, that the 1st transfer worked.
To speeds of 20 km/h (12.5 miles/h) switch the lever of a choice of transfer to situation "2" and increase speed to 40 km/h (25 miles/h). In this condition check, that the 3rd transfer worked.
For speeds of 40 km/h (25mil/h), switch the lever of a choice of transfer to situation D and check, that at speed more than 40 km/h (25mil/h) raising transfer worked.
After above-mentioned checks stop the car, then the engine and attach a hitch of solenoids of switching at the switched-off switch of ignition.

Not to burn, do not touch hot system of an exhaust when will attach a hitch of solenoidal valves of switching.

The scanning tool "dump" a code of malfunction (DTC).
