1. Analysis of complaints of the customer.
Write down according to the customer of a detail of a problem (malfunction, the complaint) and how it arose. For this purpose use the questionnaire form in which information necessary for the correct analysis and diagnostics is entered.
2. Check, registration and "sbrasyvaniye" of codes of malfunctions of DTC/data of a frame of freezing.
At first, as it is described in the section of check of codes of malfunctions (DTC), check codes of malfunctions (including a considered code). 8. Main check of an automatic transmission and table of diagnostics of malfunctions.
At first execute the main check of an automatic transmission according to the Section the Main check of automatic transmission. 10. Check of periodic problems.
Check those parts in which emergence of periodic problems (for example, conducting, sockets, etc.) as it is described in Head the General information, in the Section Interrupting or weak connection and in the corresponding scheme of codes of malfunctions in a step 2 is most probable.
11. Final confirming check.
Confirm that the sign of malfunction is eliminated, and in an automatic transmission there are no supernumerary conditions. If the corrected malfunction is connected with a code of malfunction of violation of work, "dump" a malfunction code, establish a condition at which it is a code arose, and the automatic transmission and/or the car were repaired, and confirm that the malfunction code is not present more.
