Work check
Each check should be carried out within 3-5 seconds that the coil did not fuse. |
Retraction check
- Connect the battery to the electromagnetic switch as shown below.
- Check that the piston and a gear come to light.
- If the piston and a gear do not move, replace the electromagnetic switch.
Before check, disconnect a wire wire from a conclusion of M. |
1 — 'S' conclusion 2 — a conclusion of 'M' 3 — a wire conclusion (the switch on the motor) 4 — a conclusion 'In' |
Keeping check
- At connection as it is specified above with the put-forward piston, disconnect a negative wire from a conclusion of 'M'.
- Check that the piston and a gear remain outside.
- If the piston and a gear come back back, replace the electromagnetic switch.
Check of return of the piston and gear
Disconnect a negative wire conclusion from the switch case. Check that the piston and a gear come back inside. If the piston and a gear do not come back, disassemble and check a starter. |
Work check without loading
- Connect the battery and the ampermeter to a starter as shown.
- Check that the starter rotates smoothly and constantly, and the gear moves outside. Check that the ampermeter shows a current as it is specified. The specified current: 90 A MAX. at 11 Century.
Use thicker wires and completely tighten each conclusion. |
