Adjustment of a corner of a convergence of forward wheels

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Convergence it is regulated by change of length of steering draft. Weaken lock-nuts on the left and right steering drafts and, then, scroll steering drafts on equal quantity of turns from the left and right parties to level value of a convergence to a preset value.
  1. In this adjustment the left and right steering draft should become identical length.

Before torsion of steering drafts, put greasing between draft and a protective cover protective covers of hinges were not overwound.

  1. After adjustment, tighten a lock-nut (1) with the corresponding moment. Inhaling moment: steering draft and lock-nut (and): 65 N • m (6,5 kg-m).

Check that protective covers of hinges were not overwound.
