Before to try to repair transfer or the related components concerning any malfunctions, except mechanical, it is necessary to define a malfunction mode and the possible reason.

Malfunctions of transfer are found at emergence of difficulties when switching, for example, the excessive effort necessary for switching of transfer, knock of gear wheels or extra earnings of gear wheels. When there is any of these conditions, it is necessary to carry out the following check before to assort transfer:

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To check level of oil of transfer about its sufficiency or compliance such as oil. See. The section Check Transformer and reduktorny oils in Head Maintenance and greasing.
To check fixing elements of transfer on wear or weakening.
To check the gear shifting lever on a distortion, deformation or excessive wear.

After performance of above-mentioned checks pass to the following table of diagnostics.
