Screen wiper electromotor

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. As is shown in drawing below, use the battery 12 B to connect a positive conclusion to the plug "A" and a negative conclusion to a black wire (2) (for the type "A") or to the plug "E" (for the type "V").

  1. If the motor (1) works at low turns (45-55 mines-1), this normal state. For work check on high turns, connect a positive conclusion of the battery to the plug "V" and a negative conclusion to a black wire (2) (for the type "A") or to the plug "E" (for the type "V"). If the motor works at high turns (67-83 mines-1), this normal state.
  2. Check of automatic switching off.
    1. Connect a positive conclusion 12 In batteries to the plug "A" of the motor of a screen wiper (1) and a negative conclusion to a black wire (2) (for the type "A") or to the plug "E" (for the type "V") and include a screen wiper.
    2. Disconnect the plug "A" from the battery and switch off a screen wiper.
    3. Connect among themselves And and D plugs by means of a connecting wire (3) and connect the plug "S" to a positive conclusion of the battery. Pay attention that the motor of a screen wiper works once and stops in final situation.
    4. Repeat procedures a – c several times and check that the motor always stops in this situation.
