|
|

- Disconnect a negative cable (-) from the accumulator.
|
|
- Insert a fuel hose (1) manual pump into a hose of a jellied mouth of a fuel tank and merge fuel in an interval "And" in drawing (to merge fuel through an interval until fuel will not cease to flow).

|
|
Do not insert a hose of the manual pump into a fuel tank. It you can damage the inlet (lock) valve (2). |
- Remove a protector of a hose of a jellied mouth of a fuel tank.
|
|
- Disconnect a hose of a jellied mouth (3) from a fuel tank (1) and a hose сапуна (2) from a neck of a jellied mouth.
|
- Remove the inlet valve of a fuel tank (4). Be careful, do not damage the inlet valve at съеме.
- Drain a fuel tank, having pumped out the pump fuel through a bulk mouth of a fuel tank. Use the manual pump to drain a fuel tank.

|
Never merge or do not store fuel in the open container because of possible ignition or explosion. |
- Disconnect an inlet hose of a bulk mouth (3) from a bulk mouth of a fuel tank (1).

- Disconnect a steam fuel hose (1) and a return fuel hose (2) from pipes.
|
- Remove a protector of a fuel tank from a vehicle.
|
|
- Slowly lower a fuel tank, holding him in horizontal situation, and remove each coupling from the fuel pump (1) and the pressure sensor in a fuel tank (2).
|
|
|
Check
Having removed a fuel tank, check hoses and the pipes connected to a fuel tank, on existence of leak, weakening of connection, wear or damage. And also check, whether leaks the fuel pump and level gage laying. Visually examine a fuel tank on existence of leakages and damage. Replace any damaged or faulty details.
Installation
|
|
- Establish knot of the fuel pump (2) and the valve of an otsechka of fuel (15) on a fuel tank (1). Address to the Section the Fuel pump in this Chapter.
- Connect fuel hoses to a fuel tank (1), the valve of an otsechka of fuel (15) and knot of the fuel pump (2). After connection reliably fix clips of hoses.
- Insert the inlet valve (14) into a fuel tank (1). If it was deformed or is damaged otherwise, replace it with the new.
- Establish a fuel tank (1) by means of belts (10) of a fuel tank, and then establish a protector (9) on a vehicle.
- The rotating moment of an inhaling:
- bolt of a fuel tank (and): 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pound on foot)
- bolt of a protector of a fuel tank (and): 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pound on foot)
- Connect a hose of a jellied mouth (13) to a fuel tank (1) and a hose сапуна (5) to a neck of a jellied mouth (11). Reliably fix them clips.

- hose clip сапуна (b): 2.0 N • m (0.2 kg-m, 2.0 pound on foot)
- clip of a hose of a jellied mouth (c): 4.0 N • m (0.4 kg-m, 3.0 pound on foot)
- Establish a protector of a hose of a jellied mouth of a fuel tank.

- Connect fuel парошланг (1) and a return fuel hose (2) to a fuel pipe and reliably fix them clips.
|
- Connect an inlet hose of the fuel filter (3) to the fuel filter (1).

- Connect the coupling to knot of the fuel pump and the pressure sensor in a tank, respectively.
- Connect a negative cable (-) to the accumulator.
- On termination of installation check, whether the fuel system leaks.

Procedure of a purge of a fuel tank
|
|
This procedure of a purge will not remove all fuel pairs. Do not try to make the repair of a tank demanding application of fire or a flame as there can be an explosion conducting to a personal traumatism. |
The following procedure is used for a purge of a fuel tank.
|
|
- Having removed a fuel tank, disconnect all hoses and knot of the fuel pump from a fuel tank.
- Merge all remains of fuel from a tank.
- Carry a tank in a washing zone.
- Fill a tank with warm water or water from under the crane, it is good взболтайте and merge. Repeat this procedure обмыва until in a tank it is not becomes pure. Replace a tank, if it inside the rusty.
- Completely pour out the water remains after washing.
