The combined tires and wheels (for the car with steel wheels)

Tires and wheels are combined in the conditions of industrial assembly. It means that radially the most rigid part of the tire, or «an acting place», is combined with the smallest radius, or «the deepest place» wheels. It becomes for providing the most smooth course.

«The acting place» tires usually is marked by put paint a point (1) on an external lateral wall. Over time this point (1) is washed away from the tire.

«The deepest place» wheels is initially marked by put paint a point (2) on закраине wheel rims. At the correct assembly the point on a rim of a wheel (2) is combined with a point on the tire (1).

If the tire acts in film from a wheel, at its installation into place it should be combined with a wheel correctly. If the point (1) on the tire is not present, before removal of the tire it is necessary to scratch labels on the tire and a wheel that at installation to combine them and to collect a wheel in a starting position.
