System description

The manual transmission consists of a leading shaft, the main shaft, a countershaft and transfer of the backing, the established in aluminum and cast cases. Its transfers represent five forward speeds in synchronous gearing and one speed of a backing in system of continuous gearing.

Transfers of the main shaft keep on needle bearings, and on them rings of the synchronizer and a sleeve and synchronizer naves are established.

The case of the lever of gear shifting is above behind the case of a transmission and has a cam which let's to direct transfer be switched from fifth speed to a backing.

As aluminum and cast cases are sealed by laying of liquid type, at their assembly after dismantling it is necessary to put original hermetic or its analog on adjoining surfaces.

Besides, connecting bolts of the case should be tightened a wrench to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling, avoiding unduly strong or unduly weak tightening.
